2021 Renewal Season

The 2021 Renewal season will open on August 16th, 2021. The Board will post the 2021 renewal application form on the website on that date. License holders will receive an email with the 2021 renewal application form and letter also on that date. The Board will also mail hard copies of the 2021 renewal application and letter to all license holders on that date. A new requirement for this year's renewal season is for agencies submitting 20 or more applications need to submit all applicant photos on a zip drive. The zip drive will be returned to the agencies.
